Q. Is HumanSeen.com a job board?

Answer: No. We are a pre-screening and candidate management SaaS. While recruiters can post "The Consultant's Brief" (video job descriptions) on the platform, HumanSeen is designed to manage candidates from any source. It moves the process away from static portals and into a dynamic, video-based dialogue.

Answer: Absolutely not. At HumanSeen, AI is the "Administrative Engine," not the recruiter. Our AI does not rank, score, or auto-reject candidates. It is used purely for efficiency—formatting data, verifying IDs, and validating references—leaving 100% of the assessment and decision-making to the human expert.
