2. Content ownership & permitted use
You retain ownership of the content you upload (including videos, profile content, and documents).
By using the Platform, you grant HumanSeen.com a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display your content to operate the Platform and provide recruitment services.
You also grant verified recruiters/employers on the Platform a limited, non-exclusive licence to view and use your content solely for recruitment and hiring purposes.
4. AI & automation
We may use AI tools to support platform functions such as transcription, organisation of applications, and analytics. AI is used to support workflows only.
All hiring decisions are made by human recruiters. We do not operate “automated rejections”.
See our Fair Hiring & AI Transparency Statement for more detail.
5. Profile visibility controls
Your Candidate Profile video may be searchable and viewable by verified recruiters on the Platform for recruitment purposes. Your content is not publicly available outside the Platform.
Where available, you can manage profile visibility in account settings, including limiting discoverability by recruiters or making your profile visible only to recruiters you apply to.
6. Account deletion, opt-out & right to be forgotten workflow
You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
Workflow (summary):
- Profile visibility is removed from the Platform
- Your videos, documents, and profile data are securely erased within defined retention timelines
- Your data is removed from search and recruiter access
- We confirm completion once deletion is finalised
In some cases, we may retain limited records where legally required (e.g., compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution). See data retention for details.
